Return Policy

• Returns are allowed within 14 days of products being received. Confirmation date of delivery is verified through package tracking. Ponyflo® will refund the price of the product. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. Custome is responsible for return shipping cost. Returned products must be received by Ponyflo® before any new product is shipped out or any credit/refund is given. Please email ponyflo@davidandyoung.com for return authorization. Returns must be in unused condition.

• For Missing/Incorrect items in an order
If a customer received incorrect items in their order or is missing an item, customer shall contact Ponyflo® customer service, within 14 days of receipt of the order. We will send out the correct products immediately, and reserves the right to pick up the products that were sent in error in order to have them returned back to the company.
