How does Ponyflo Fit?

Ponyflo is one size fits all, our fully-opening back closure wraps around your pony to lift and support while giving you the perfect fit no matter what size. No more measuring or guessing your size for a fitted hat, these caps #StayOnStrong and give you the most comfortable fit!

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within a 14-day window after your products are received, please refer here for our full Return Policy

 

Where do you ship?

Currently Ponyflo ships anywhere in the US and Canada and to parts of the UK. We hope to expand to more countries in the future! Please refer here for our full Shipping Policy

 

Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely! Ponyflo has custom embroidery capabilities on all of our classic and most of our athletic styles! Send us an email at Ponyflo@davidandyoung.com to get started.

 

What about wholesale?

We do offer wholesale as well through our parent company David and Young, for wholesale orders please place through our Wholesale Website. 

 

Do you work with Influencers and Brand Ambassadors?
